All the action as Scotland beat Italy 18-10 at Murrayfield.
80 mins: The whistle goes for full-time as Scotland try desperately for a try in the final minute.
78 mins: A farcical try for a farcical game. Andrea Masi is the grateful recipient after Sergio Parisse charges down a Gordon Ross attempted clearance. De Marigny adds the conversion.
Scotland 18-10 Italy
77 mins: Ongaro caps off a poor afternoon with a totally off target throw. Scotland are happy for the free ball.
75 mins: Penalty number six for Paterson. Scott Murray and Simon Taylor now come off the field for a welcome rest.
Scotland 18-3 Italy
73 mins: Italy suddenly decide to produce their repertoire of running rugby. It's too little, too late and fails to deter the Scots.
71 mins: Paterson hits the target with his fifth kick of the day. He's got a 100% record today. in the meantime, Ben Hishelwood replaces Southwell.
Scotland 15-3 Italy
69 mins: Italy are now making the simplest of errors. De Marigny produces the most howling knock-on of the day. Italy's body language would suggest it's game over.
67 mins: De Marigny tries to clear from behind his line. Cusiter charges it down but it rebounds past the dead-ball line.
65 mins: Scotland have a chance to break well clear. But Hugo Southwell goes for the relative safety of an attacking kick. It proves the perfect choice as Scotland snatch the lineout ball and Sean Lamont touches down from the resulting break. His try, though, is ruled out for a forward pass - a very tight call.
59 mins: Roberto Pedrazzi comes into the fray for Cristian Stoica.
58 mins: Scotland are now looking the far more assured side - boasting more than 70% of possession in this half. Parks puts Italy under even more pressure with an intelligent kick into touch near Italy's try line.
53 mins: The crowd comes alive as the Scottish backs string together some fine passes and some deft angles of running. It brings another penalty, when Andy Craig is stopped from releasing the ball. Paterson makes no mistake.
Scotland 12-3 Italy
51 mins: Paterson recovers from his knock to the head with another penalty. It looks like penalties are going to win the day.
Scotland 9-3 Italy
50 mins: Shock horror, someone actually makes a break. Parks catches everyone unaware, including his own players who look a little lost in support as he bursts forward. Meanwhile, Paterson is receiving treatment after getting a knock to the head. He looks ok though.
49 mins: As the rain comes down, the pitch starts cutting up and the level of rugby stays pretty shoddy, the crowd begins to boo the players.
46 mins: Some wandering hands in the ruck from Scotland give Italy another penalty. After some scuffed kicks from De Marigny, Orquera takes over the role. It seems he too is fairly rubbish when it comes to spot kicks.
44 mins: The referee is forced to have a word with the scrums after the front rows continually fail to bind properly.
41 mins: Orquera gracefully lofts the ball, and the game is under way once more.
HALF-TIME
40 mins: The whistle goes for half-time. There'll be a few spectators actually quite relieved. This is hardly a Six Nations epic.
37 mins: Few sights are more daunting for a defender than having Lo Cicero charging your way. Jon Petrie opts for the sideways approach to bring him down and wins back the ball for his efforts.
34 mins: De Marigny and Mirco Bergamasco have a slightly farcical clash as they both go up for a high ball. Both men knock it forward and Scotland get the put-in as a result.
30 mins: The Azzurri forwards illegally handle the ball in the ruck. It gifts Paterson an easy chance, and over it goes for a slightly undeserved lead.
Scotland 6-3 Italy
27 mins: Italy have a chance to go ahead through a De Marigny penalty. Let's just say the boos from the crowd were more impressive than his attempted goal.
26 mins: Paterson and Simon Webster are made to look foolish. Both watch as an Orquera crossfield kick comes their way, bouncing between them. Paterson is suddenly jerked into action as Italy's runners head his way and he kicks it into touch.
22 mins: Some superb Scottish defence halts a try but they are adjudged offside, so de Marigny is given an easy penalty chance. Over it goes.
Scotland 3-3 Italy
20 mins: Italy are doing the basics well. Simple lineout, followed by an Orquera up-and-under puts them in another scoring position... but Scotland hold firm for the time being.
15 mins: Orquera goes for a drop goal - the attempt's not pretty. On reflection, he would have done better to keep the ball with his forwards.
14 mins: Scotland lose their own scrum in their 2. Italy's fired-up forwards shove them precariously close to their line. Luciano Orquera chips and chases but Chris Cusiter catches it over his line and grounds it.
10 mins: The unlikely duo of Andrea Lo Cicero and Fabio Ongaro burst clear for Italy's best run so far. The front-rowers' hefty bulk makes them easy pickings for Scotland's backs and they are rapidly derailed.
8 mins: Roland de Marigny has a chance to get Italy level with a penalty of his own from 40 metres out, but he skews it wide to a chorus of partisan booing.
5 mins: Chris Paterson joins a melee of Scottish backs in his team's first real break. It reaps rewards, as he wins his side a penalty. He makes no mistake with the spot kick.
Scotland 3-0 Italy

1400: Dan Parks boots the ball to the Italian forwards, and the game gets going.
