South Africa have brought in Jean de Villiers at left wing in place of the injured Ashwin Willemse in the only change to their side to face England. De Villiers, normally a centre, takes over for the Twickenham clash after Willemse broke his toe against Ireland.
De Villiers scored a try after coming on in the 38-36 win over Wales, one of five he has notched in his seven Tests.
Coach Jake White has otherwise kept faith with the line-up whose defeat to Ireland ended their Grand Slam hopes.
Two switches among the replacements see Jaque Fourie taking over from de Villiers, while there is also a call-up for highly-rated sevens star Bryan Habana, who replaces Gaffie du Toit.
The Springboks have not beaten England at Twickenham since 1997, but they will be determined to get their tour back on track following the loss at Lansdowne Road.
