Woodward turns to Lydon
Joe Lydon
England Sevens coach Joe Lydon is to join the coaching set-up for the full England team on a permanent basis.

In the last three years the former Wigan and Great Britain rugby league star has turned England's Sevens team into one of the best in the world.

On Sunday they won the Hong Kong Sevens for the third year in a row.

"Joe worked a lot with us before the World Cup, and he has got a very important role to play," said England coach Sir Clive Woodward.
