The Rugby Football Union, the body which looks after rugby in England, has an excellent website to help you find your local club. Go Play Rugby
All you need to do is enter your postcode and the website will list all the clubs in your area.
After choosing a local club, follow the instructions for contact names and details for that particular club.
Then you're just an phone call or e-mail away from getting stuck into those rucks and mauls.
SCOTLAND
There are 232 rugby clubs in Scotland, many of them run mini or junior sections as well as adult teams.
All the clubs have registered their details on the Scottish Rugby Union website. Find your local club

WALES
The Welsh Rugby Union have links to many of the rugby clubs across Wales. Find a rugby club
The Dragons Rugby Trust has 23 development officers all over Wales who can put younger players in touch with their nearest club.
