Coventry returned from Macclesfield empty handed after losing 37-21 in National League One. Two converted tries put the home side 14-0 up before Cov managed to score with Sam Herrington going over and Lee Audis adding with his boot. Macclesfield stretched their lead with a penalty and another converted try but the visitors did close the gap again. Seb Pearson and Dale Ager crossed with Audis adding to both tries before the hosts claimed 13 more points.
