Worcester Warriors' Neil Best says he hopes his experiences with Northampton Saints will be of use to his new club. The Ireland back-row forward, who agreed to join Warriors in January, was one of Saints' first signings when they won promotion to the Premiership. He told BBC Hereford & Worcester: "They had just been promoted, and went from Championship to eighth in the Premiership and then second. "I want to see the same here, I want to see us a top six Premiership club." The 31-year-old from Belfast says the Warriors have everything in pace to bounce back to the top flight. | I am a professional, so I play whoever is there in front of me - Premiership or Championship, it does not matter |
"The indoor facility is pretty slick, and there are bits and bobs we need to change, but we are on the right track," he added. "It's not a short-term plan, it will take three or four years to get there." Best is looking forward to the challenge and says it does not matter which division he plays in: "I am a professional, so I play whoever is there in front of me - Premiership or Championship, it does not matter."
