London Irish's Chris Hala'Ufia powers though Tevita Taumoepeau's tackle
London Irish moved back into the Premiership play-off places and left Worcester adrift at the bottom.
Worcester went in front through Alex Grove's converted try before a penalty apiece from Chris Malone and Willie Walker made it 10-3.
But Irish then cut loose and converted tries from Delon and Steffon Armitage gave them a 17-10 half-time lead.
Walker cut the gap to four with a penalty but two Malone penalties denied the hosts even a losing bonus point.
Worcester director of rugby Mike Ruddock told BBC Hereford and Worcester: "I am encouraged by this performance but it is tough times and we are in the middle of a series of battles that will determine our fate.
"But as long as I can see the players are putting in every effort in training and trying their best to do as well as they can that is all I can ask for at the moment.
"Yes, I would love to see us being a bit more clinical and nailing every opportunity that comes our way but it doesn't always go like that."
London Irish attack coach Mike Catt: "To collect four points away from home, we can't complain.
"It is always tough coming here, and if we are highly critical we possibly could have got a winning bonus point.
"But four points away from home after losing against Wasps last week is a big bonus for us."
