Glenn Delaney's team is beginning to take shape for next season

Nottingham rugby club have continued their build-up to the new season, with the signing of 20-year-old lock Sam McDonald from the Ulster academy.

Meanwhile the Green and Whites have also announced that three players have re-signed to play at Meadow Lane.

Ben Thompson, Rohaan Nirmalendran and Neil Fowkes will all be seen in Nottingham's colours again next season.

Nottingham's director of rugby Glenn Delaney said: "We are pleased to have signed them."
