Worcester took another step to securing Premiership safety after fly-half Shane Drahm stunned title-chasing Leicester.
The Tigers looked set to temporarily steal top spot from Gloucester after Brett Deacon's first-minute score.
But Drahm set up Greg Rawlinson late in the first half before engineering second-half tries for wingers Marcel Garvey and Miles Benjamin.
Leicester slip to third in the table but were boosted by scrum-half Harry Ellis' first start in 10 months.
Ellis missed the World Cup with knee ligament damage sustained last May but after coming on as a replacement against Leeds last week he managed 56 minutes at Sixways Stadium.
Worcester director of rugby Mike Ruddock:
"The courage and spirit at the end to repel their attacks was exactly what we were looking for.
"It was a poor start for us and a tough end when it could have slipped away, but in between we were the better side.
"Our old problems came back a bit as we gave away too many penalties around the contact area but when the game broke up I thought we were outstanding."
Leicester coach Marcelo Loffreda:
"We conceded two tries in the early part of the second half which made it difficult to come back.
"It is difficult sometimes to put a team out with so many injuries, but this is not an excuse because we still brought a good team with us.
"Worcester played an excellent game and played with a lot of consistency and pressure - they were very smart."
