Bromsgrove crashed out of the North Midlands Cup 19-10 after a hard-fought Worcestershire derby against Malvern in the quarter-finals. Malvern were 12-0 ahead at half time before Tom Soloman pulled a try back for Bromsgrove.
But Malvern stepped up a gear after that to book their place in the semis.
Solihull forfeited one of the other quarter-final games because they were unable to raise enough players, so Luctonians go through by default.
