Kendal skipper Ian Voortman was full of praise for Huddersfield after his side were given a real scare in their 11-9 win at Mint Bridge on Saturday. The Cumbrians lead the North One table by four points and Voortman is relieved that they have overcome their toughest test yet.
He told BBC Radio Cumbria: "This was a massive game to get out of the way.
"I feel for Huddersfield today. They took us on at our own game. I'm so relieved and so happy now."
