Cornish Pirates will not appeal after being docked three points for failing to contest their scrums in their recent match with Birmingham & Solihull. Pirates won 27-23 on 5 January but head coach Jim McKay told BBC South West he decided not to contest the scrums for "the safety of his players".
The decision broke National League regulations and the club were docked three points by the RFU last week.
The Pirates stay fifth in National League One but now have 64 points.
