Wasps consolidated their place in the Guinness Premiership play-off zone by staging a superb fightback to stun Harlequins at the Twickenham Stoop.
Simon Keogh's try and eight points from Adrian Jarvis' boot helped the hosts into a 13-3 half-time.
But Wasps hit back after the break through the boot of Mark van Gisbergen before England squad man James Haskell's try put them into the lead.
Chris Bishay's try, converted by Van Gisbergen, clinched the win.
Harlequins rugby director Dean Richards:
"I am bitterly disappointed. We were 13-3 up at half-time, but then we went out for the second half and our tactical nous was virtually zero.
"We scored a great try in the first half, but we didn't take all our chances, which was disappointing."
Wasps boss Ian McGeechan:
"I am delighted. It was one of the best wins we have had for a long time. We were tremendous in the second half and it is all credit to the pack.
"We had been on the ropes but tactically we were superb in the second half and took all the right options with no unforced errors."
