Northampton made it two wins out of three with a try-scoring bonus point victory over Bath in the Premiership.
Saints had a superb start and three Bruce Reihana penalties and tries from Tom Smith and Sean Lamont put them 21-3 ahead after 37 minutes.
Bath hit back with a try from Andrew Higgins on 40 minutes and just after the break, a penalty from Olly Barkley.
But tries from Robbie Kydd and Carlos Spencer sealed victory although Michael Stephenson scored a late consolation.
The result will bring Bath right back down to earth after their impressive victory over Leicester last week.
And their afternoon was compounded by the shoulder injury to Gareth Delve, which forced the flanker off early on, while skipper Zak Feaunati and Danny Grewcock both received yellow cards.
Feaunati was penalised in the first half for killing a ruck while Grewcock was yellow-carded during the final move of the match for impeding Saints wing Ben Cohen.
Northampton were dominant in every area of the pitch and were inspired by the display of full-back Kydd - who was only in the side as Reihana was moved to centre.
Kydd pushed his claims for a place in the Scotland squad this autumn after creating one try and scoring one of his own in a lively display.
