Vickery moved to Wasps from Gloucester in April

Vickery, who joined Wasps earlier this year, has been out of action since January, although he was picked in England's elite squad this week.

"Phil's been doing very well and we're pleased at his progress, but he's still a couple of months away from playing," said Wasps team manager Nolan Miller.

"If everything goes to plan he should be back in action around the start of October," Miller told The Guardian.
