London Irish have signed Argentina centre Gonzalo Tiesi after he was recommended by Pumas assistant coach and ex-England fly-half Les Cusworth. The 20-year-old, who has five caps, joins from club side San Isidro.
"Les rates him as one of the most exciting backs in Argentina," Exiles director of rugby Brian Smith said.
"Gonzalo's friend and fellow countryman, Juan Leguizamon, has been a good signing for us and we are hopeful that he will have a similar impact."
