Newcastle Falcons have signed prop Jon Golding from Earth Titans on a one-year deal for next season. The ex-England under-19 international has Premiership experience from a spell at Northampton Saints.
He joined Rotherham at the start of the 2004/05 season and is one of the top front rowers in National League One.
"Jon is a very good loose-head prop with the potential to be a top Premiership player," said Falcons director of rugby, Rob Andrew.
