| Northampton loose forward Ross Beattie is returning to Coventry, according to the National League One club's website. Northampton head coach Budge Poutney is apparently happy for the Scottish international to rejoin Coventry. Coventry officials hope that Beattie will be available for the match against Bedford on 27 December. The Blue and Whites have also announced that their versatile back Richard Davies will be remaining with them for the forseeable future.
