England coach Andy Robinson says he has no plans to change his coaching team. England have won only seven of their last 16 Tests, leading to calls for a shake up of both their playing and coaching staff.
Robinson included five uncapped players in his squad for the autumn series - but insists he will stand by coaches Phil Larder, Dave Alred and Joe Lydon.
"We have a quality coaching team who are outstanding in their areas - I'm not making any changes," Robinson said.
Defensive coach Larder, kicking guru Alred and backs coach Lydon were all appointed by former England coach Sir Clive Woodward, as was Robinson.
But some critics, including former England fly-half Stuart Barnes and Leicester back Austin Healey, say it is time for change following England's poor recent run of form.
Healey recently said: "They (the England coaches) have almost become clones of Clive in the way they approach coaching. There are just no new ideas in there."
Despite backing his current coaching team, Robinson did not rule out the possibility of integrating England's academy coaches, including Jon Callard and Jim Mallinder, in the senior set-up.
