Owen Finegan powers through for ACT Brumbies
Finegan has won 51 caps
Newcastle have signed Australian international Owen Finegan on a two-year deal starting next season.

The 32-year-old ACT Brumbies forward has been capped by the Wallabies 51 times and played in the 1999 Rugby World Cup victory over France.

Falcons director of rugby Rob Andrew said: "Owen's a world-class player.

"He offers a real physical presence in the pack and great experience. He is the sort of seasoned international who can make a big difference to us."
