Olly Barkley scored 16 points on his first start of the season as Bath edged past Worcester at Sixways. Barkley's comeback from injury was capped by tries from Brendon Daniel, who crossed over in the first minute, and by England star Mike Tindall.
Worcester had a second-half try from Thomas Lombard - their first at home in the Zurich Premiership - but ran out of steam and remain without a league win.
Tommy Hayes scored five penalties and a conversion for the defeated hosts.
Worcester coach John Brain said his side's lack of composure contributed to their third straight defeat.
"We're bitterly disappointed because we thought we could win," he said.
"We're not satisfied with one bonus point, we wanted all four. It's that lack of composure at vital moments.
"We made a number of handling errors when we were in possession and we know that in the Premiership, if you make mistakes, you get punished."
However Bath boss John Connolly could hardly contain his relief after his side claimed their first win of the season.
"We're just glad to get the first win under our belts," he said.
"We have to be happy with that before we start assessing the performance too much. We'll look at the video but we're just glad to get our first win.
"We played well in patches but we know we will have to improve. Worcester will give anyone a game at Sixways."
