Pontypridd must now find an alternative fixture date
Welsh Premiership
Swansea P-P Pontypridd

A power failure in the St Helen's area saw Tuesday night's Welsh Premiership match between Swansea and Pontypridd postponed.

Engineers tried for half-an-hour to restore power to the St Helen's floodlights, before having to admit defeat.

The postponement will be a worry for Pontypridd, as alternative fixture dates are few and far between because of their continuing Parker Pen Challenge Cup involvement.
