Wasps centre Daly scored four tries as England dominated

England Under-20s ran in 11 tries as they recorded an emphatic win over Italy in their second Six Nations tie.

Centre Elliot Daly and wing Andy Short scored four tries apiece, with George Ford and Alex Gray grabbing the others.

The hosts were also given a penalty try as they ran riot at the Recreation Ground in Bath, fly-half Ford kicking the rest of the points.

The victory follows England's 26-20 opening day win over Wales and puts them top of the table.

England asserted their dominance from the outset, Daly grabbing the opening try in only the seventh minute after outpacing the Italian defence.

The touch-down served as sign of things to come as the Wasps centre scored three more in quick succession.

Worcester winger Short was also in fine form, proving a constant threat as he equalled Daly's impressive tally.

England will now take on second-placed France in their next match, while Italy host Wales.

France outclassed Ireland 38-13 in Athlone on Friday, while Wales bounced back from defeat against England to win 33-3 in Scotland.
