Kvesic was in the England Under-20 Six Nations squad
England Under-20s forward Matt Kvesic will make his first start for Worcester Warriors in the home game against Esher at Sixways.
He is one of seven changes, with wing Oriol Ripol playing only his second game of the season and Tom Arscott returning at full-back.
Jonny Arr returns after missing the last four games at scrum-half with Joe Carlisle starting at fly-half.
Second row Craig Gillies makes a record 223rd club appearance for the club.
Warriors head coach Richard Hill told BBC Hereford and Worcester: "We had a good win against Esher last time, we scored six tries, we have set a target of trying to perform better and win by a bigger margin against each opponent.
"We've done it now against Plymouth and against Rotherham so that's two out of two so far.
"Although this is slightly more challenging - to score six tries or score more than six tries will be a tough ask.
"But I would hope we can achieve that this weekend, that will be our aim.
"It's not quite so easy when I know I'm chopping and changing the selection again and we'll have more changes in selection this week.
"It does break the rhythm up a little bit but it's good and takes players out of their comfort zone."
