Johnny Sexton scored all the points for Leinster, who hung on for a vital win over Saracens in the Heineken Cup.

Sexton's crucial try after 51 minutes saw Leinster open an 11-point gap over their hosts in what was a closely fought affair in Pool Two at Wembley.

Saracens rallied late on to salvage a draw but Leinster's resilient defence kept them at bay, despite incessant pressure during a tense finale.

Ultimately, Sexton's 100% record with the boot proved the difference.
