Rugby Canada's Welsh high performance boss Geraint John welcomes proposals for Canadian internationals to help develop north Wales rugby by playing for Gogledd Cymru. But John also admits a lot of work needs to be done to finalise the plans, which are also intended to benefit the Canucks.
