The Scarlets eased past Bristol in the EDF Energy Cup as they said farewell to Stradey Park.

Morgan Stoddart scored the first try after three minutes but the Welsh side failed to capitalise and did not add a second until near half-time.

Simon Easterby eventually touched down, while Stephen Jones added a conversion to his earlier penalty.

A foot in touch denied Stoddart another try but he set up Rob Higgitt for what turned out to be the ground's last try.
