Danny Gray notches up 21 points on his first start of the season

Exeter Chiefs went second in National One after enjoying an 11-try stroll at Sandy Park.

Matt Jess claimed a hat-trick, while full-back Sean Marsden weighed in with a couple and left wing Josh Drauniniu went over from distance.

There were also tries for Alan Miller, Sam Blythe, Ben Moon, Kevin Barrett and Danny Gray, who slotted eight of the 11 conversions.

Seven of the tries came before the break in front of a 4,016 crowd.

Sedgley's only response came from Tongan centre Lisiati Tafa three minutes before the break.
