Exeter Chiefs have secured the services of three of their coaches until the end of the 2010-11 season. Forwards coach Ian Baxter, strength and conditioning coach Paddy Anson and rugby analyst Paul Larkin have signed three-year contract extensions. "I am delighted that we have managed to secure Rob, Paul and Paddy for three more seasons," said director of rugby Pete Drewett. "As a coaching team, we have grown to respect each other immensely." He added: "I believe we have made progress during the last two years and in order for the club to achieve the things it wants to achieve, it is important this nucleus of people has the opportunity to fulfil its aims for the club." The Chiefs finished second to former European champions Northampton in National League One this season. Baxter has now agreed to end his role as coach of Exeter University's first XV as part of the new deal.
