Guernsey will now focus on their Siam Cup clash with Jersey

Guernsey's league season ended with a 17-12 defeat by London Three South West champions Cobham on Saturday.

Surrey side Cobham dominated the first half and led 17-3 at half-time, thanks to three tries.

Guernsey mounted a fightback after the break but it was in vain as they finished fourth in the table.

Cobham captain Billy Davison said: "It was a real pleasure to come. The field is outstanding - the Guernsey team really went after it and made us work."
