Plymouth Albion flanker Adam Kettle has been banned for a week by a Rugby Football Union panel for picking up three yellow cards this season. However Kettle, who has cemented himself in the Albion pack this season, will not miss Saturday's EDF National Trophy semi-final with Northampton.
Kettle was suspended by Albion for last week's 34-22 National One defeat by Rotherham at the Brickfields.
An RFU panel on Monday night deemed that the club's punishment was enough.
