Gideon Rossouw is likely to be on the bench against Clifton |
North Walsham can give their National League survival hopes a big boost when they take on fellow strugglers Clifton at home on Saturday. Walsham's recent good form has lifted them outside National Three South's relegation zone.
Clifton are second from bottom of the table ahead of the trip to Scottow, and trail the Vikings by six points.
Walsham's top try scorer Andy Thorpe will return to the starting line-up at full-back after injury.
With several of the division's top sides still to play, beating one of their relegation rivals will be seen as crucial by most Walsham supporters.
Hooker Gideon Rossouw has declared himself fit after a calf muscle problem forced him off early during the 14-0 defeat by Rosslyn Park on 1 March.
The South African is likely to start on the bench against Clifton.
