Forster replaces Lambden at Hawks

Jon Lambden has stepped down as the director of rugby at the Henley Hawks.

Former Welsh international Jason Forster has been appointed as player-coach and takes charge against Otley on Saturday at Dry Leas.

Forster played at Premier League level in England and Wales for Bedford and Newport before moving to the Gwent Dragons in 2004.

Henley have struggled in National League Two this season and are facing an end-of-season relegation battle.
