Oxford University have elected 25-year-old flanker Peter Clarke to captain the side this season. The Welshman is a former Loughborough University student, who has captaincy experience at Leicester Tigers Academy and the Norths club in Brisbane.
Fly-half Stuart O'Flanagan, who previously studied physiotherapy at Oxford Brookes, has been elected team secretary for 2008.
The Dark Blues' next game is home to Penguins International on 26 February.
