Toulouse moved to the top of Heineken Cup Pool 6 with a bonus point, four-try 33-6 win over Leinster on Sunday night.

The teams were tied at 6-6 at the break with a Jean Baptiste-Elissalde penalty and Valentine Courrent drop goal to two penalties from Felipe Contepomi.

Clement Poitrenaud, Courrent, Cedric Heymans and Vincent Clerc scored tries in the second half with Courrent adding a penalty and two conversions.

Leinster failed to score after the interval as Toulouse took control.

Contepomi kicked the Irish province into an early lead with a third minute penalty but soon after scrum-half Chris Whitaker had to come off with a suspected broken ankle, being replaced by Cillian Willis.

Elissalde levelled with a 23rd minute penalty and a Courrent drop goal put the French side ahead for the first time on 35 minutes.

Three minutes later, Contepomi restored parity with his second penalty of the game.

Two minutes after half-time, Heymans made an incisive break and passed for Poitrenaud to score in the corner.

Courrent missed the resulting simple conversion from in front of the posts and soon after Contepomi missed with a penalty attempt for Leinster.

Courrent added a penalty soon after and then crossed the Leinster line in the 55th minute after being fed by Yannick Nyanga who had charged down a Rob Kearney kick. The fly-half converted his own touchdown.

Heymans scored Toulouse's third try on 65 minutes with Courrent again converting and Clerc then got over the line in added time to seal the bonus point for the former champions.
