Wilkinson says England's revival has been a team effort |
England v South Africa

Star fly-half Jonny Wilkinson says England need to play at their very best to have any chance of beating South Africa in Saturday's World Cup final.
England go into the game as underdogs having already lost 36-0 to South Africa in the pool stages.
"If our precision, accuracy and approach is not perfect or as close to as possible it's going to be a very tough evening," said Wilkinson.
Even that would only see England "hanging in at the end", he added.
"And that is exactly where we will try to be.
"We know that's going to be a hard effort but for us that's been rugby at the top level for the past five or six weeks."

Wilkinson's return to fitness and a regular starting place has been crucial in England's turnaround after their poor start to the tournament.
But the 28-year-old said their success had been a team effort.
"From a very honest point of view, I can stand back and give the real story, which is guys have just pulled together," Wilkinson said.
"That's been it. Rugby is the most incredible team game. I've said this all along, that's putting two and two together for me.
"The guys have understood the nature and the ferocity and intensity of the challenge ahead of them after that South Africa game, taken stock and gone out there and pulled together.
"If some had dropped off, and if that huge effort had not been there from every individual, we would not be here now."
