The Twickenham Stoop, home to Harlequins, will host the European Challenge Cup final between Clermont Auvergne and Bath on Saturday 19 May. The game kicks off at 1730 BST and takes place the day before the Heineken Cup final at Twickenham, between Wasps and Leicester.
Bath reached the final by beating Saracens 31-30, while Clermont beat Newport Gwent Dragons 46-29.
The Stoop, which also hosted last season's final, has a 12,700 capacity.
Bath, winners of the Heineken Cup in 1998, will be appearing in their second Challenge Cup final, having lost 48-30 to Wasps in 2003.
Clermont (formerly Montferrand) will be in their third Challenge Cup final, having beaten Bourgoin in 1999 and lost to Harlequins in 2004.
