Castrogiovanni will miss some key games for Leicester |
Italy prop Martin Castrogiovanni has been ruled out for the rest of Six Nations after suffering a knee injury against Scotland last weekend. The 25-year-old Leicester forward sprained his right knee in the Murrayfield win and is expected to be sidelined for up to six weeks.

Fabio Staibano, Leonardo Ghiraldini and Ezio Galon have been named as cover.
Staibano takes Castrogiovanni's place while Ghiraldini replaces Ongaro.
