Greening was part of England's 2003 World Cup squad | Former Wasps and England hooker Phil Greening is set to take over as head coach of Singapore's national rugby team, according to the Today newspaper. The position has been vacant since the resignation of Australian Matt Ryan in March, and an announcement is expected next week. Greening, who played in the 1999 World Cup, has been assisting caretaker coach Tom Browne since Ryan resigned. A toe injury forced the 30-year-old to retire from playing in 2005.
