Boks beat England in sevens final
England Sevens star Ben Gollings
Gollings' second-half efforts against South Africa were not enough
South Africa clinched the London Sevens after beating England 21-12 - but losing semi-finalists New Zealand retained their IRB Sevens series title.

Jaco Pretorius and Schalk van der Merwe helped the Springboks to a 21-7 half- time lead and though Ben Gollings hit back for England it was not enough.

England overcame Argentina to face South Africa, who beat the All Blacks.

But New Zealand's earlier 21-12 win over France earned them enough points to secure their sixth series crown.

A superb Pumas performance had earlier put Fiji to the sword with a 31-5 win to reach the last four, while England saw off Scotland 40-7 to secure their semi-final berth.
