Simon Easterby, Marcus Horan and David Wallace will all travel with the Ireland squad to Japan on Sunday. The trio were all passed fit by the Irish medical team on Saturday morning following injuries before and during Friday's pre-tour trial game in Dublin.
Easterby had an MRI scan for a neck injury sustained in the trial match. However, he was given the all clear to travel with the 26-man squad.
Prop Horan (chest) and flanker Wallace (ankle) also passed muster.
Fly-half Paddy Wallace (hand), flanker Alan Quinlan (leg) and winger Anthony Horgan (leg) were also in the wars in Friday's game.
Wallace is thought to be the most serious but no decision will be made until later in the weekend.
Friday's match in Dublin was brought to a premature halt after 65 minutes with the sides level on 14 points apiece.
