John Kirwan has shown an interest in the vacancy at Leinster |
John Kirwan is among several candidates linked to the position of head coach at Leinster, according to the Irish Times. Kirwan, recently dumped by Italy after the team failed to win a game during the Six Nations, has also been linked to the impending vacancy at Bath.
Kirwan, along with Lynn Howells, former coach at the defunct Celtic Warriors, is reported to have had preliminary discussions with Leinster this week.
The vacancy at Leinster arose after Declan Kidney returned to Munster.
