Captains Martin Johnson and Jonah Lomu have revealed some of the players taking part in their fund-raising challenge game at Twickenham on 4 June. French internationals Imanol Harinordoquy, Raphael Ibanez and Tony Marsh will play in Johnson's side.
And Lomu's team will feature southern hemisphere internationals Troy Flavell, Corne Krige and Toutai Kefu.
Further players will be confirmed for Johnson's XV after the British and Irish Lions squad is named on 11 April.
Lomu is raising money for Kidney Kids of New Zealand, while Johnson is helping the NSPCC, McMillan Cancer Relief and Sparks.
"I'd like to thank all of the players who have agreed to take in the game and our aim will be to give the fans an entertaining game," Johnson said.
