Lomu has been sidelined for the New Zealand domestic season |
Former All Blacks winger Jonah Lomu has revealed he is in talks with two English clubs over a possible move. The 30-year-old star, who had a kidney transplant last year, has not played for New Zealand side North Harbour this season because of a shoulder problem.
But he said: "My shoulder's feeling good after surgery.
"The season in New Zealand will end soon and I'm looking for regular rugby in the off-season. We are talking to a couple of English clubs."
Lomu hurt his left shoulder during former England captain Martin Johnson's testimonial match in London on 4 June. That was his first competitive match in almost two years.
He has not played for New Zealand since 2002.
