Richards scored 14 points at Catalans at the weekend |
Wigan coach Michael Maguire says his players' desire to improve is the key to the Warriors' good run of form. Sunday's 34-16 victory against Catalans Dragons was Wigan's fourth victory in five outings, keeping them four points clear at the top of Super League. "We're just slowly improving as a team," he said. "We're still learning. "We're also learning things about individuals. They're a great bunch to be working with because of that," Maguire told BBC Radio Manchester. "Hopefully we can maintain that towards the back end of the season. "But now we've got to do it all again with the short turnaround to get our best performance at Salford on Friday. "The boys are aware of that five-day turnaround. "But they showed a lot of professionalism at Catalans in doing what they needed to, in terms of preparation and all those sorts of things."
