Veivers has yet to make his senior debut in rugby league

Wigan Warriors youngsters Josh Veivers and Stefan Marsh have joined Whitehaven on dual registration deals.

Players are eligible for dual registration if they are outside the top 20 players financially of a Super League side's squad.

Warriors coach Michael Maguire said: "The deal is good for the individual players, for Wigan and for Whitehaven.

"The dual registrations mean either Josh or Stefan can return intermittently to play for Wigan."

He added: "Based upon form or injuries, the rest of the time, they can get rugby experience with Whitehaven."
