Coach Denis Betts is confident Kris Radlinski will be fit to lead Wigan whilst Andrew Farrell is out for the early part of the Super League season. Farrell faces knee surgery which will rule him out for four months, and Radlinski missed the Tri-Nations due to a long-term back problem.
"We've been treating him with kid gloves so far but he's doing really well," said Betts.
"He's been working to strengthen his back and is improving all the time."
