Smith will play under Gary Chambers for the Wolves' under-18 side

Warrington Wolves have signed young goal-kicking hooker Bradley Smith from amateur club Wigan St Patrick's.

The 17-year-old will line up for the Wolves academy in the 2011 season.

Meanwhile, Jamie Peasnell, signed from local side Bank Quay Bulls in 2009, has joined Championship One side Rochdale Hornets as a dual registration signing.

Peasnell, 22, was one of the six young players promoted to the first team training squad last season and was part of the table-topping Under-20s side.

Three other Warrington youngsters, Matty Blythe, Lee Mitchell and Tyrone McCarthy, spent last season on dual registration terms with Leigh.
