Smith's side are within five points of the top four after 22 games |
Warrington coach Tony Smith insists his team can improve further, after romping to a 62-20 victory against Salford. Wolves scored 50 points without reply in the second half to seal their biggest win since Smith took charge. He told BBC Radio Manchester: "There were some errors we need to look at and brush up on. "Some of our defence and some of our tackling technique wasn't great in the first half. Some of our decisions weren't great either," he added. "Hopefully we'll gain some experience from taking the right options in the second half and get a bit of confidence from that - we'll need that. "There's still lots of work to do, as per normal. There was good and bad in our 62-20 win, like every game. We could've been beaten by 60 and you'd still take some good out of it."
