Mick Potter led Catalans Dragons to last seasons Challenge Cup Final |
Catalans Dragons coach Mick Potter has admitted it will be "fantastic" to work with St Helens players next season. Potter will leave the Perpignan-based club this summer to replace outgoing Knowsley Road coach Daniel Anderson, who will return to Australia. He told BBC Radio Merseyside: "It's going to be fantastic to work with the calibre of player (in the squad). "I'm really looking forward to it, as I'm looking forward to still working here (Catalans Dragons)." The former Bradford Bulls assistant coach has presided over an upturn in fortunes for France's only Super League team. Last season the Australian guided Catalans to their first ever Challenge Cup Final appearance. The Dragons are currently third in the Super League and had recently been on an eight-match unbeaten run.
